Usually not, my friend and I just had this problem when a bunch of "homies" decided to throw a sobe bottle half an inch into his lexus IS300's windshield, then threw a tire iron and a breaker bar at us...THe tire iron landed in the car (sunroof) and I threw it back at them taking our their back window and hitting one of them in the back of the head - we took the next exit to the deerpark police station - they knew who the guys are because I guess they don't do anything else besides **** people off - so me andy my friend have to go turn ourselves in tuesday, they said they're probably going to stick me with a class D felony for battery and assault with a deadly weapon.....ANYWAYS, not the first or 3rd thing they threw at us (not the sobe bottle, and not the tire iron) was what I'm pretty sure was a breaker bar that hit the fender (smashed it in against the carbon fiber hood HARD) and then flew off the road someplace... The CF hood is starting to split now so I think it's unrepairable.. Now I've seen CF hoods crack both like that, and regular spider cracks, with a regular spider crack u can clear coat it...but it's only going to delay the inevitable...
EDIT:
Sadly, with CF, when it's damaged it's done for :-\

take your car to local places and ask... usually talking to the guy who runs the show will give you an answer, and hopefully... a good price

those hoods would look SO much better if the vent lined up with the hood's natural lines and if it would be a little more subtle...then you would get an actual functional hood that doesnt look like ***

For this price, you might as well throw in a couple more bills for a new one.
