Best battery?

Best battery?
My battery just died today...Was wonderin whats the best battery to get. I know opitma is good, but i have a 97 ek hatch n doesnt use much electricity. Got an ok deck, slap it pretty hard now n then n im not plannin on gettin subs. So other than optima whats the best battery to get that last a long time.

Duralast has been fine in my car for the last few months. I agree, we killed off an optima yellow top in just a year under not-too-abusive circumstances.
Also keep "BatCap" in mind, but I'm sure it's out of your price range as you seem to need an emergency swap. :-)

Interstate was or is the OEM battery maker for Hondas. Available at Firestone, many import shops, and often the dealer. Last time I checked, my dealer (whom I normally shun) had a very good price on Interstates.

^^^ X2 my shop carries interstate aswell... very good batteries in my opinion.... and are covered all over the country... permitting there is a dealer there... just see if you can get a mt-51r that should be the application ....
