Default bearing clearances & ptw

A good friend of mine is having a rough time and is selling a motor that he has built. It is a d16y7 block with a z6 head. He rebuilt the bottom end for a turbo build. It has eagle rods and vitara pistons.
He replaced all of the bearings and said that the clearances were all .015 across the board. The vitaras have a ptw of .0035 which I've read is pretty normal for the 75mm pistons. Do these numbers sound like a pretty sound build? I couldnt find anything on the bearing clearances.

.018 max on rod bearings and .004 on rings. You can go to .002 on bearings no problem
