OK. I bought a Mugen style body kit for my Del Sol. But like an idiot, i didn't know you had to remove the front reinforcement bar to get it to fit.

Does anyone know if a JDM rebar will fit on Del Sol with Mugen front bumper?

Does anyone have any other options for replacing/modifying the rebar on a Del Sol to fit a Mugen bumper?

The car is my main beater, so I'm not comfortable driving the car without a rebar. I can just see them telling my mom: "he probably would have survived if he had not removed the reiforment bar from the front of the car"

Newsflash: JDM and EDM Civics/del Sols didn't have the bumper reinforcements, so your options are few.

sell it and just get a lip or something tasteful, glad you're not considering hacking the front rebar to make it fit tho
