Bad starters or something else?
Ok I think I know what's wrong but I want to get your opinions anyway. I bought a 92 cx and drive it 4hrs home. Everything went fine I got up the next day and drove it a little bit. Went in somewhere and when i came out it wouldn't start.
The lights are on and it doesn't click or anything, all the dash lights come on. When i crank it the stereo lights just turn off then on but the dash lights stay on and the starter didn't engage. So i roll started it and drove it home.
I pulled the starter and had it it tested, it tested bad. Got a used starter from a guy and put it in. Still the same thing. Tested it, it tested bad. So I got another used starter and still the same thing. I haven't had time to get it tested but I'm guessing it's bad and I should just try and buy a new one. But is there a chance that 3 starters are bad, or could it be something else?

Re: Bad starters or something else?
Thanks for the help guys.....
Just incase any future ppl search and find this. It turns out it was the clutch switch wasn't being touched by the clutch pedal when pressed. I guess a rubber gromet fell out so it was going through the hole in the clutch pedal.
