Default b7 to z6 swap, MAP sensor/wiring questions

ok, so i am swapping a z6 into my del sol, from a b7. the engine I got had the engine wiring harness connected, so I have that, and for the ECU i bought a conversion kit and basemap from Xenocron. Pretty much I have two questions.

1. where the engine harness plugs into the harness that goes through the firewall, specifically the 14 wire clip on the left side of the engine bay, the wire colors don't match up, so did the z6 just use different colors for the same things or what? can I just plug it right in and not worry about it? (minus the vtec wiring of course)

2. The MAP sensors, on the b7, the MAP sensor is mounted into the engine bay with a hose going to the intake, and it is wired into the harness that goes through the firewall, but on the z6, the MAP sensor is wired into the engine harness, so I have two MAP sensors wired in two different places, and don't know what to do with them. should I just use the one on the z6 and just ignore the other one mounted in my engine bay?

hopefully thats enough information for ya

The colors don't all match up going from one side of the plug to the other. vtec solenoid wire for example is orange/white on one side of the plug and green/yellow on the other. Don't worry about it.

Use the throttlebody mounted Z6 map sensor, but use the connector that was originally plugged into the firewall mounted map sensor (the connector in the Z6 harness isn't connected to anything)
