Default b18b in 95si Overheating-- Done a search.

Hey guys, I've done a search, and there are many possibilities as to why a car overheats (obviously) but I thought i'd run this past you guys. My buddy has a swapped b18b in his Si w/ the stock radiator (175k) in the car. It recently has been overheating after driving it a while-- and the overflow tank is always empty by the time it overheats. I'm almost positive its the radiator either leaking, or eating coolant somehow. There aren't any signs of a blown headgasket either. Thanks for all your help!

i'm running a b18b on my stock 93 del sol radiator. I'd change my thermostat and if that didn't work i'd have a shop pressure test my radiator. When was the water pump last changed, should be done every 90,000 miles. I put a gsr pump in mine. Might be a good idea to change all your hoses while you at it.
you can check your engine for a bad head gasket with a simple compression and leak down test

Seems you didn't read hard enough. I am very aware of what the possibilities of overheating are-- my question is what do you guys think it could be, because of the eating of coolant and what not. Now, since you took the time to say search, that same amount of effort could be used to produce a coherent thought towards answering my question. thanks tho guys!

Is fan coming on?
Top off radiator with coolant then bleed the system
Replace the Thermostat
Might be a bad radiator cap
