Default Engine Overheating! Please Help! b18b

Okay, so I have a 93 Civic that has had a 94 b18b swap. I took off my radiator hose on the end that connects to the engine replacing a clamp. Coolant poured out so I added more after I was done with this. Ever since my car has been overheating. It takes about 5 minutes of highway driving for the temp to rise as high as it can. Steam was shooting out of a hole in the radiator hose (I found the hole after stopping to check things out, I don't think it was there before this). So I know it needs to be replaced, I have a friend bringing one over. But my question, wtf is going on??? I'm going to try bleeding the radiator. I also have a loose cam seal causing oil to leak and I plan on jb welding it, could the can leak be related? What should I do??? Follow my plan? Something else? Thanks in advance.

*Update*

So I got the over heating issue solved by simply replacing the upper radiator hose. Now it's keeping cooler than before Didn't have to flush the radiator or anything. As far as the cam seal goes at the local parts store I picked up two cam shaft oil seals, it was all they had so I'm at least going to try it out before ordering a new cam plug. But now I'm having a misfire and loss of power issue. I think it's due to the over heating and it screwed up a spark plug, wires, or the coil pack. Sooo I guess I'll be on to all that tomorrow when I try out these o rings. Hopefully it's not the coil pack.

*UPDATE* again. Replaced wires and fixed the misfire issue.

If it has a bleeder bolt, start the engine, open the bleeder bolt, and close it in a few seconds when no more air comes out.
