Cooling a B18B
I'm putting a B18B in my 94 cx HB. How will my stock cx radiator work for keeping the engine cool. I live in PA, so it doesn't get extremely hot here.

Re: Cooling a B18B (djay86)
I have 92 DX witha B18B. I am using a Jackson Racing 160 Degree Thermostat, redline water wetter with my coolent and so far it runs like a champ. I also have my fan wired to a switch on my dash so i can manual turn it on and off all the time. I always leave it on when i drive though. Been over a year now and i drive this car back and forth between gainesville and jacksonville every other weekend. This is in the florida heat to and so far no problems at all over heating. I think most people who have problems with there radiator in a swap is because it was already messed up to begin with.

I had an LS motor in my '93 cx(w/ the stock radiator) for 2 years. I ran alot of nitrous through that motor too and I never had a single cooling problem.
The stock radiator is fine.
