Default b18a1 swap into my 95 civic hatch - which ecu to use?

ok so i have a quick question, i am about ready to drop in a b18a1 into my 95 civic hatch and i was wondering which ecu should i use? i currently have a pr4 but my friend told me i should get a p28. so im kind of confused as to which ecu to use. any advice is greatly appreciated.

don't use a P28 lol. unless ur are doing an LS/VTEC?
if it's just a regular LS, use the stock ECU or a P75

oh ok thanks for the quick response and yea i do plan to do an ls/vtec but not for another 6-8 months. i just want to ride stock for a while so ill use the stock one and thanks again.

I am currently running a p28 on my ls swapped four door(bout to have a b20z) it will work it just throws a check engine light for the vtec.

You can run an OBD1 PR4, but just so you know a B18A1 will never be able to bar'd in a '95 Civic.

^^man i give props to u guys in cali. going through smog and whatever BAR'd is lol. here in hawaii you don't need anything. only a thing called RECON (reconstruction) when u lower ur car or put bigger rims on it.

I'm lucky enough to live in Canada in a province with no emissions testing (actually only 2 provinces have it and its pretty relaxed compared to most US states) That said its not nearly as hard to pass BAR in california as most people seem to make it out to be. Especially with something as simple as an LS swap into a '95 Civic.

im with you there, im from tn where i dont have to worry bout nothing but what i want to do to a car no emission tests or nothing
