Default b16a1 LSD help eg tranny need to id w/o ID sticker SiR trans?

So trying to figure what tranny exactly is in my eg so's I can rebuild it but no ID tag left on the lil guy. 99% sure it's a JDM SiR trans at 80MPH in 5th gear she's at 4500rpm short *** gears good thing RL is set to 9200, lol. Anyone think they know the transmission identification code for her? Below is some more info/background

So I bought this eg6 w/ the swap already done, just most of the ancillaries were removed so it was a roller but obviously not running.

After getting her buttoned up I noticed right away that the syncros are pretty much shot on 1, 2, 3, and 5. 1st to 2nd is always a double cutcher or a very short shift. It can be forced at high RPMs but grinds going in, 2nd to 3rd is only really only anything above 7500-8000.

So the situation sits the guy I bought it from is the one who purchased it from the gent that actually did the swap, and obviously being a b16a1 it's a true JDM motor. He believed the trans to be JDM as well it has definitely been opened up the 1/2" drive plug you have to pull for removing the snap ring to split the case is JB welded in place also the case is sloppily sealed w/ gray RTV.

The tag on the front side of the transmission is missing completely and there is no LSD stamp on the case over the final drive. So me and the previous owner are both assuming the the LSD is aftermarket. Hence the RTV and JB weld fix? Also I should add that the are Integra axles in it but she binds still while turning at slow speeds in gear clutch out. Maybe the dif clutches are worn? idk..

Oh if anyone that reads this thread has a case I can buy to replace this one cause the JB is sure to snap off on tear down...
