I just bought a JDM B16 swap and the Y1 LSD tranny has a 3rd gear grind at high rpm....the seller told me about this and also included a full set of performance Synchro's, but I have no idea how to install them....anyone know a place I can get this done for a reasonable price? Or can you tell me if it's tough to do with a manual?

Last thing, what happens if something else needs to be replaced like a shift fork or 3rd gear all together....are USDM parts interchangable with my JDM 91 Integra Y1 LSD Transmission?
