Default B16A into a 94 civic ex

Ok so here is my situation, I have a 94 civic ex, and a new OBD1 B16A from a SiRII from Hmotorsonline.com Now I know the engine will drop right in, as far as mounts go, and i have the required linkage and axles, as well as an ecu. Now I had a few questions.

1.) The wire harness that came with the engine has been cut off. Now the engine plugs look very similar to my current engine's harness with the exception of the knock sensor. Now if i run the ecu that comes with the engine it will obviously throw a CEL for the knock sensor, so i assume I have two options.

A.) add the wiring for the knock sensor(does anyone have the pin out for the ecu? ive seen the big picture ones before with the knock sensor pins highlighted.)

B.) run my P28 ecu that does not have provisions for a knock sensor as far as i know. and would obviously not run the engine to its full potential, but i will have my friend load up the correct map onto a crome chip for me.

Any experiences on this matter are appreciated.

My second question, will the header line up with my exhaust? and if so i would also assume my hytech replica header will also line up with my exhaust once i remove the cat. Correct?

Any info is welcome, even if it does not pertain to my questions, and is just something good to know about this swap.

Thanks

You can run the knock sensor wiring yourself to your P30.

You can run the P28 chipped. The stock manifold probably will not bolt up to your exhaust. Probably need a muffler shop to allow the Hytech replica header to bolt up to your exhaust.
