Default knock sensor

I DID A SWAP ON MY 94 CIVIC EX AND PUT A 94 GSR THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON FOR THE SENSOR AND I REPLACED THE SENSOR BUT THE LIGHT STAYS ON. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE PROBLEM?

maybe you didnt wire it in right. where did you wire it in?? what kind of harness you using??

I USED THE STOCK GSR WIRING HARNESS

you might of used the GSR engine harness, but did you wire up the knock sensor from the ECU to the shocktower wire harness? there's bridge you haven't gapped yet. Another option is getting your ECU reprogrammed to NOT look for the knock sensor, but I don't suggest an ECU upgrade if you don't plan on getting a camshaft upgrade...
