b16a in 99 ex?
hey guys i just came across a b16a with roughly 70k miles on it its just the motor and head no tranny..the guy claims its like a 97-98 block and he wants 700 does that sound like a good deal ? also if i was to buy this setup what exactly would i have to do to get this b16 running in my 1999 ex?
also is there any way i can tell the exact year of the block and head?

Well first off I think you might need to convert from obd2 to obd1 to get that motor to work properly in there with out a **** ton of check engine codes. It might be a good deal. But be very careful.

Well first of all, you'll need a tranny.LoL. But yeah you'll need tranny, axles, ecu for that engine. If the engine is JDM you'll need to get a IM from a USDM to keep the emissions sensors. That's if you plan on Bar'ing it. Which I would. I mean search on here there is a ton of info bro. Especially the FAQS section. Look into it.
