you'll need to convert your OBD1 B16 to OBD2 spec in order to make it compatible with a 99 EX by changing these items:

- injectors & engine wire harness
These things can actually be reused from your EX engine. BTW, the EX injectors are the same PSI as your OBD1 B16A injectors.

- alternator
you'll need to rewire the OBD1 alternator to work with the EX engine harness, or you can sell/trade the OBD1 alt. for an OBD2 B-series alt. which would then be a plug n play dealy.

- ECU
You'll need an OBD2b-OBD1 jumper harness in order to reuse the OBD1 B16A ecu.

- Axles & Shift Linkage
You can reuse these parts from your B16 on the 99 EX....fully compatible

- Motor mounts
you'll need to reuse your EX's TOP tranny mount which is compatible with a B-series tranny. And reuse your existing timing belt side mount + 'bridge' bracket.

You'll need to get yourself these mounts from either a 94-01 integra (any model) or 99-00 Si:
- Front tranny bracket
- A/C bracket
- Rear engine bracket (get this from a 99-00 Si)

- Additional Wiring
you won't need to do any additional wiring since you own an EX. All VTEC, knock sensor, and IACV wiring is already done from the factory. You may need to extend some wiring though....

That should be it...
