b16 compression
Okay here's the story...
I'm helping a friend with the install of a turbo kit for his JDM type r b16 powered hb. The kit is pieced together and includes the following
-drag mani.
-t-25 (I know its tiny)
-Vortech FMU
-VAFC
-450 injectors (told him he wouldn't need that much fuel)
-inline pump (forget brand)
-1st gen dsm smic
So anyway hes worried about the compression being 10.5:1 and detonating his engine. I told him running only 6lbs he'd be fine but hes still to scared to do it. What thickness head gasket should I use to know the compression down to like 9:1.
Thanks alot
