Default b series engine swap d series harness

i swapped a b20 into my auto 97 civic ex, i converted it to manual in the process too but i was wondering about the auto harness, i plugged almost everything in except the dizzy, i was wondering if i had to change that plug or how to use the auto harness with a manual b series

97 civic ex is OBD2a
99 B20B Engine is OBD2b
Had d16y8 v-tec
Now 99-00 B20B non-vtec

Harness

Dizzy

Get a jumper harness for the dizzy or go get the connector off a junker and splice it in. Or get a new dizzy if you don't want to mess with splicing.

He can use the auto harness. I cant remember what is you have to do to make it start. I know you have to do something to make the car think it is in park so it will start
