Default auto trans shifting too high

I bought a 93 civic ex for cheap money cuz it had trans problem where when its cold the car would drive but when the trans warms up the trans would give out.....so I change the trans but the same converter now the trans runs and it won't give out nomore but now its shifting real high from 1st to 2nd is at 4500 rpm and from 2nd to 3rd is at 5500 rpm I change the shift solenoid and nohing.........I need help

clutch packs, fluid, vss, t/c all these come to mind
