Many of the universal side markers have a single circular mounting post that will most likely fit through the existing opening in the fender. The only thing you might need to do would be to fabricate some sort of washer to use behind the fender so that the marker could be properly secured (since the hole in the fender is square).

imo.. those look like em bmw m3 lookalike fenders...
if i'm right.. then go into the bmw parts bin and look for side markers for an m3...
