Re: anyone know the difference between a AT and MT wire harness?? (Mr. Sparkle)
Well, Im putting a d16y8 into my cx hatch and everything clipped right up except the IAC. The at harness has 3 wires and the mt motor has a 2 wire sensor.

Re: anyone know the difference between a AT and MT wire harness?? (Im Rick James)
Its a engine haress for a AT 97 d16y8 but I have a MT d16y8 that I put in. I was under the impression that I was to receive a MT harness but didnt. So before I make a stink about it I wanted to see if it was worth working with the AT harness.

Re: (ironcheftony)
Thats what Ive heard but everything plugged up except the PS plug and the IAC plug. I dont have PS and the IAC plug is a 3 wire when the IAC sensor uses a 2 wire.

as stated in Katmans guide for OBD-2 swap.. all non-vtec or A/T model harness need to have the IAC connector swapped for B series or SOHC VTEC Connector
