I got hit by someone and they smashed my hood in and that bent my core support in. are these easy to bend back?

i would recoment taking it to a body shop...they will do it right

and if the radiator support is FUBAR, make sure you get one from honda, because the aftermarket ones may not line up right

mine was realigned. Do it right, go to a shop. Or, if u want the cheap (and perhaps a good way to expletive ur car up even better), tie a chain on it, tie the other chain to a car and drive to a hill. Pull it with the other car or try banging on it with a hammer. Dont hit them metal, hit a piece of 2x4 as to not damage the metal and flake the paint. Good luck!
