anybody try a 99 dx/cx fuel tank on a 98 ex before?

I'm wondering if anybody has tried it before? Will they sit in the stock location perfectly with the current straps?

They share the same part number from Honda 17500-S01-A00 for all EX/DX/CX 2/3/4 door for 99-00.
