Is Omniman's 200whp B16 DVD any good?
I don't have the cash yet to get the DVD, but I would really LOVE to see this DVD. Is this video really that good? Will it tell you the parts used and the prices?? I have looked at some of the stuff that he used and can't find some parts when searching with google.
I am getting a 6th gen civic soon and plan on doing a B16 build while in college. So I am just wondering what parts he used and how much he ended up spending to decide if what he did is the same route I want to go. Because I don't want to spend $70 on the dvd to show me how to build a 200whp b16 if it cost his a **** load of money to build it. I would just go a different route.
So anyone know the parts used and how much he ended up spending?

I enjoyed watching it. It's all about engine building and power to be made. He doesn't go into cost much.
I went together with 5 buddies, and we all just pitched in a few bucks towards it!

I wish I knew someone that wanted to chip in with it. I know its bad.... but I did look for a torrent download but I couldn't find one.
Well hell I guess I will have to do the research myself but it would be nice to know the parts he usedso I can look up the prices.

Its epic, worth every penny.
He demonstrates how to build nearly everything, and shares his learned secrets to eeek out every last hp.
To me the most I got out of it was the four segments of the tranny re-gearing, I learned the most from that.
Some things that have seemed so daunting, like installing valves, springs, retainers, he makes you realize it isn't that complicated. It just takes some good research, common sense, and time to bring it all together.
After watching the dvd, it gave me more confidence on my b16a bottom-end rebuild. I had to replace rod bearings (of many things), and after watching him do it, it wasn't so scary to try it myself.
