Default Alignment

I'm thinking I need to align my car myself. Unfortunately I know its going to suck if I do it myself. The problem is everyone I take it to says they can't do it cause my cars to low. It's got a 2" drop. Does anyone know where I can get my car aligned even with the 2 inch drop? It's a 97 Civic HX if it helps.

I'm pretty slammed and I got an alignment at a regular shop.......

Aslong as everything is adjustable they can align it......getting it on the rack is a diff story, they have to be wiling to work to get it on the rack...

My shop used 2x4's to get my car up and I'm dropped I'd say more than 2.5in.....and they aligned it perfectl y......but I do have front Camber kit, and rear toe/camber kit....got it to my "race" spec....

-1.5 degree camer up front
1/16th Total Toe out front
-1 degree camber rear
0 toe rear

Goodluck!

Awesome. So you think the people I took it to so far were just lazy? I guess I'll keep looking. Need to get my adjustable front camber arm still anyway.

Most alignment shops will refuse to align your lowered car if your camber is not adjustable.

However, camber isn't really the biggest problem, toe is. Try telling them to just forget the camber spec, and set the toe to zero. That should get rid of most, if not all, erratic tire wear.

How low is too low that they won't give you the warranty?
