Default alignment/camber issues

I got my car lowered a month ago and I then got it alligned. About 4000kms later I noticed some camber wear on the rear tires. I sent it back and the place re-aligned it. This time I made them give me the print out. I have an ingalls camber kit which should bring the car to spec. The print out showed -0.7 left and -0.5 for the rear tires. Is this ok now?? will i get camber wear?? im so frustrated i should have NEVER gone to this place and will never go back again. They charged WAY too much and did a shitty job the first time.

What was the rear toe? That camber should be fine. Toe out would also cause the inside wear. A lot of us autocrossers run -2 to -3 on the rear without any wear issues but have toe-in from 0 to 3.5mm. (The toe is approximate since I think in inches not metric, but should be about right).

I had a VW before and had the front aligned, thought it felt wrong, brought it back, they re-checked it to their "ultra precision" specs and they said it was perfect. Two months later steel belts were sticking out on the inside. Another place said " who set this, it was WAY off, must have driven like crap". Fifty bucks to ruin a $200 set of front tires. Thanks, I'll be recommending you to all my friends.

A little toe-in at the rear helps with stability, but total toe of .30 is probably at the max spec. It shouldn't cause premature tire wear.

What were the spec's before the alignment? Too much toe will waste tires in a few thousand miles...

i dont have the specs before i lowered it......

on the readout it says total toe 0.000??????

front toe on both wheels is 0.000
rear is 0.15 each......... so does it make sense to say 0.000?

The total toe spec of 0.000 is for the front. The rear total toe is 0.300.
They did a pretty good job if those measurements are correct. A lot of techs just make sure the measurement are within spec and ship the car. They usually won't take the time to set it perfect like it is.
