Default aircare (in BC)/emission testing

just a question i have to go do my air care test 2morrw. (which is vancouver's version of our emission test).. do u think ill pass aircare if i have headers.. 2.25" piping.. resonator/cat and muffler?
this is a 93 civic si.. the problem is that my fnred told me that since my headers.. the O2 sensor plugs into it ABOVE the flange into the part coming out of cylinder one.. i might not pass... (cause he didnt and honda said it was that..)

sorry i dont kno much about this stuff so i might sound like a n00b..

and do those fuel injector cleaner things work or whatever those thigns that gurantee that you'll pass emission tests.. should i do it?

any other tips?

thanks guys
