Have b18c1 swap on my civic, went to ref first time, failed because my o2 was in back of the cat, purge valve was missing, timing at 9 degrees, but passed the emissions test by a slight margin. Took it back today, fixed all the problem, but failed the emissions. Tech there ran it three times because they thought it might have been the cat wasn't warm enough. Failed by margins. HC and NOx failed by margins. Have new cat, skunk2 manifold, new spark plugs, dc 4-1 headers, and everything else stock. The other day i put that crappy guarantee to past thinging in my fuel. What can be the problem for high HC and NOx?

Here are the smog check results. First test past! Other 3 test, all different readings failed.

causes for high hc and nox r, bad egr valve. something wrong with your secondary ignition system.
