adjustable spring perches and handling
my setup consists of skunk2 adjustable coils with kyb agxs. new rota grids are going on soon and in light of my decision to lower it just a bit more, i was thinking of which way would be better for seating the spring perches:
1) set the perches evenly on left/right and let there be (slightly) uneven gaps due to weight distribution. or
2) set the perches so as to even the gaps on each side, accomodating for weight distribution.
right now i have 205/55r15's with all 4 corners on a 1 finger gap. personally i like having the gaps even for looks, and while most people probably wouldnt notice a one finger gap to a 1.5 finger gap, i would notice since i set it up. its just one of those things. my question is whether theres going to be a handling difference either way, and if so, how substantial?
i've lost track of drop distance. just for reference, anybody have a rough figure of what a small one finger gap is on 205/40r16's is?
