99si motor in my 96hx exhaust ? need a cat for o2 sensor to read right?
I have a 99 si engine in my 96hx and i wanna a test pipe instead of a cat will it rrun worse? or better? or the same?

no u dont NEED a cat. and a test pipe just screams "hey im a tuner! wanna pull me over and assrape my bank account?", we gutted my brothers del sol. get a cat, gut it and call it good...unless you want to be pulled over and get a ticket
