Re: 99-00 Taillights
So there is no problems put the ones from 99-00 to 96 civic cause i want to do that but the original ones. I live in Canada. So is there any site that I can buy original or the ones that fit nice. I tried searching but not that much luck.

Sell me your 99-00 taillights. These are the coupe ones rights? Pics? If they are the right style, I'll buy them from you, if you have a good price. Let me know.

1) Clean taillight with a cleaner that is safe on plastic to get rid of dust
2) wipe a tack cloth over area to be painted
3) spray light even coats of translucent paint. Give 30 minutes in between coats. If you want them to be blacked out then go with 4 coats, but if you still want to be able to see the red and white then do 2-3 coats. I recommend the 2-3 coats bc other wise cops might pull you over and they will look like gts covers
4) When paint has dried spray 1 coat of clear over it to seal the paint and to make them as shiny as your car.
As long as you use translucent paint you will be able to see your brake lights turn on.
