99 EJ6 Rack and Pinion FAIL
I've recently got my civic on lowering springs. I got it aligned and ended with a steering problem 
I was recommended to get camber kits and install them before getting another alignment (So, I did). Long story short I am back to square 1.
I replaced the rack and pinion but a month later... The steering wheel started to turn when the car is going straight.
anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?
