99 civic Si cel
I have a 99 civic si with cel. the code is P0133. I've changed the o2 sensor twice. I even took it to the dealer and they read the same code gave me a new sensor, saying that it is just a lazy sensor or that the headers might be the problem? I have JDM ITR headers, but I don't think that's the problem since I've had them on for 3 years. Can you guys help me with this?

That was going to be my first question.
My next is did you look at the harness leading from the sensor? Be sure it's not open/grounding itself.

Re: 99 civic Si cel (miahmouse)
he might be using a test pipe
and that what is etting it up
JDM ITR header needs 2.5 collector so u would need a test pipe or a JDM cat

Re: 99 civic Si cel (allaboutdaz)
i'm actually using the stock cat that was fitted for the 2.5 collector. It's welded so their might be a leak. I'm going to have to check that. thanx
