Default CEL code help

My 99 si threw a CEL today. P1362: Ignition Bypass Circuit Low Voltage. What is this and how do I go about fixing it?

i got the following for code P1362 - No Signal In TDC1 Sensor Circuit.

Not sure if it's the same thing but seems like it's a bad sensor...

how do i go about fixing it...its actually causing the engine to shut off momentarily until i turn it back on
