Icon6 99 Civic motor, trans, harness, & ECU in 98 Civic - no shift lock, tach, or speedo

replaced a 98 2 dr ex motor, trans , wiring harness and computer
with a 99 4 dr ex. shifter lock problem, no tac, no speedometer

You can't use a '99 - '00 engine harness in a '96 - '98 or vice versa because it will cause those issues.
