99 Civic EX Window problem!!!!
My girlfriend has a 99 Civic EX, we went away for a couple of weeks during the recent cold spell in the Northeast. When we got home to no surprise I had to jump the car to get it started which was no big deal but since then the driver side window has decided not to work anymore. It is slightly cracked open, she said that no rain comes in but it drives her crazy on the highway.
I'm guessing that it is either a blown fuse or the window motor died.
I don't know much about the car and was wondering if it is the fuse is there a single fuse just for the window and if so can anyone tell me where it is?
If it is the motor if someone could give me a little direction on changing it I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you,
Flick

Try hitting the switch to listen if it is working. It makes a light whirring sound. If it is, you can put a hand on either side of the glass and push the window up manually. As for the fuse, i'm not sure. Pop off the fusebox cover and it'll be written on the inside of it on the plastic guide. HTH.

i dont know about a 99 ex but in my 93 4dr ex, theres power window fuses in the fuse box which is under the dash to the left of the steering wheel. it has a cover and u snap it off and its lableled on the underside and tells u what fuse is what. it also has a nice fuse puller to help u. hope her '99 is the same. p'z
