Default 99 civic d16y7 - sprayed carb cleaner into in TB, now won't start

Hey guys so I need some help asap! I have a d16y7 with a turbo, I just purchased and installed 440cc injectors and a p75 ecu with the hondata s300 program. I was getting the code p0505 (or 14) I cleaned the iac, or so I thought. I pulled the plate with 2 Phillips head screws on the drivers side of the throttle body and sprayed some carb clean in there, let it dry and put it back together with some Rtv as the new sealant. I went to start it up and nothing. First atempt it sounded like it wanted to and then just cranked over and over and now that's all it does.. I need help asap to figure this out as the car is my daily. I'm fairly new to this haha

You need to be running a p28 not the 75.

You also flooded the cylinders and lost compression.

P28 if for a dohc vtec, that wouldn't work at all. I got it straight from delicruz motor sports. And as far as loosing the compression and having it flooded o took out the spark plugs and let it sit all night to evaporate some of the gas. One of the plugs was clean and 3 were real dirty

Clean or replace the spark plugs.

CEL codes? Fuel pump priming? Bright white spark at all 4 plugs? Firing order of plug wires on distributor cap correct?

Those are all correct, I just talked to my tuner and he forgot to tell me about my car having a 3 wire iac and needing to convert to a 2 wire on my harness. As far as that goes I think I found how to do it on line but I'm not 100% on if it's the right way. But how do you pull a pin out of the wire harness connector that plugs into the ecu?

Don't rely on what your tuner tells you. Pull the CEL codes and post them.

And the engine would still start and run if the only problem was the IACV. YOU need to do the tests I suggested. If you don't know how, then return the car to your tuner.

Well I've checked the spark, I've double checked that the wires are all in the correct order and I drove it on obd2 for the last 2 weeks it's just misfires cause the map sensor was reading more then 1.3 psi going across the sensor, so now that I've done the conversion of injectors and everything I've heard from 2 tuners and one said just to do the pin out and one said to do that as well as get a y8 manifold
