Default 99-00 Front end?

Question. I am at a library so i dont have time to look in the archives sorry. I like the differences between the 99-00 front end on civics versus the 96-98. My friend has a 97 and i was wondering if the front end components from a 99-00 such as the fenders, bumper, grille, hood and headlights will simply bolt on to my car. Is there anything i need to modify to make this happen or is it a take off bolt on scenario. Also, the center console with the armrest from the 99-00, will that fit too? Thanks in advance.

The FAQ Thread has plenty of information on this. I'm not wading through all of it myself, but heres the FAQ thread.

That is not 100% necessary. If it isn't used, then the corners of the bumper have to be cut. (its hard to explain without a picture). But yeah, you dont have to have that. Its a pain in the *** to change.

Here, it was in my favorites.

yea you don't need it, but I find the bumper fits up a little cleaner with it.
to do the front end swap you need:

hood, headlights, fenders, front bumper.

good luck.

looks great on my car.
