99-00 foglight info
Hello,
I did a search, but all I could find is one for an integra. I have the OEM fog light kit installed, but I want to re-wire the kit so that I can put the fog lights on with just the parking lights. Can you help me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

They already come on with the parking lights so I'm assuming you don't want them to come on when your headlights are on too? Not sure why you want this but you could always use the switch to manually shut them off when your headlights are on.

I guess what I was trying to say is that I want the fogs to come on without the headlights being on. Right now, they only come on when the headlights are on. I know there is a way to do this.

I would check your wiring, you must have them hooked up wrong or something because I have them on my car and they come on as soon as I turn my park lights on and stay on when my headlights are on. However if my high beams are on the fog lights will turn off. Something isn't right there...

Mine are only on when the headlights are on. There is a writeup somewhere that details how to do it so that they're on with the park lights. I'm trying to find it right now, does anyone know the link?
It's basically wiring the relay to go on with the park light +12V instead of the headlight +12V

I did save the how to link but I am not giving it up...learn to use the search function & you can find it quite easily
EDIT you get different results when searching "fog" , "fogs" , "foglight", & "foglights" ...make sure to click on archive topics & limit to "eg+/del sol forum"
next time I won't be so quick to give up the answers (see post below)

I wonder why my fog lights work with the park lights on and no one else's seems to? I never did anything special with mine...just hooked everything up through the factory harness and it worked pefectly.
