Default 98 ex sedan speedometer problem

I just got a shell and swapped a b18b in it
Everything was good for the first couple days, now when I turn it on the speedo jumps between 60-70 mph and that's how it stays pretty much while I'm driving, sometimes while im completely stopped it goes down to 0 but once I start rolling it goes bavk up
I changed the speed.sensor and cluster already and its still doing yhe same thing
Anybody have any ideas on another reason it would do this?

could be the speedo itself or the sensor on your transmission is bad. Look on top of your transmission and make sure that sensor is plugged in, you might have to replace it but it's pretty cheap....i'd hook you up with one but i just used my spare

check the sensor that is plugged into the tranny, when that goes bad your speedo will either not work or jump around. I was saying just make sure it's a good connection between the plug from the main harness to the sensor, if it's a good connection then your sensor is going back. But before you do that, take your dash apart and look at the back of your speedo to make sure the plug is plugged in well.

I checked all mt connections and there all good, I'm going to try another speed sensor in a bit I doubt all 3 if them would be bad lol

it's probably your wiring harness behind your gauge cluster
