'98 Civic 1.4 - RPM needle rolled over
Last night when I was turning off the car, something happened to the rpm needle and it rolled over the whole RPM gauge circle and stuck under the resting peg. Does anyone know how it can be fixed?

Well, you could take the cluster out, and carefully remove the front plastic cover and unstick it. Never really heard of it doing that from shutting off though.

Only thing delicate about the cluster is the needles. Do not take them off. Take off the plastic in front of the cluster, and sllowly life the needle over the peg. Done

Edit your first post to add car information. Otherwise your thread will be closed.
Background information? Was this a completely random event or did it follow some recent car work?

It's one time thing. I have the car for more than a year and its first time. Tried to start it again couple times, only ignition without starting, nothing helped so far.
