97 dx sedan passenger window not going up
i am working on a 1997 civic dx sedan and the owner pulled the old window regulator out of the front passenger side door. So he ordered a new window regulator and i put it in and the regulator goes down but not up. it is a brand new one with no load/weight from the actual window. i am wondering if it is the main switch or am i looking into wiring gremlins? thanks for the help and input.

it is power sorry. and i will get pics next weekend. it is a friends car. i am thinking the master switch.
