97 del sol door sag
My 97 del sol's driverside door sags and doesn't line up very well.
It looks ugly and doesn't look straight, its a pain to close the door.
I took the fender off and tried to realign the door. Loosening and tightening door hinge bolts. NOTHING. It just gets worse.
Anyone have any ideas what's wrong? Trying to do as much body work before I let it go to the shop to paint. Thanks.

On a lot of door hinges there's a pin that wears out from the door opening and closing too much. I had the same problem on my work truck. They made new pin kits for it but I ended up just getting a new door hinge from Pull-a-Part for like $7

Prolly a new hinge(s) will help. Also keep in mind the weak chassis with the targa top, the frame might be a little off. My doors are a little "iffy" too. They are especially hard to close when the car is jacked up just because of the frame flexing. Make sure the car is on flat level ground when adjusting hinges.
