97 Civic: Where do these 3 wires connect to?

97 Civic: Where do these 3 wires connect to?
Coming from the steering column, I see where 2 might have ripped off from (yellow and green) but need a idea where the red one connects to. Seems it was pulled out of a relay since it stil has the pin connection on it.

nah they connect to a relay under the dash and seem to lead towards the steering column. I can see where the green and yellow wire are torn off over by the ignition switch but can't seem to find out where the red one goes. Maybe this is why my horn doesn't work and srs light is on.
