Default 96 CX looking for performance cam info

Hey guys, I have been rolling around in my 96 civic CX from some time now, and would like to get a stage one cam for this thing. Does any one make one or do I need to just use a cam off a 88-95 SOHC non-vetc? If I do use the older cam will that miss up my emissions test to much? The motor in my car is a D16Y7.

Thanks , and please don’t poke fun at the little motor to much

http://www.deltacam.com/

Delta 272 regrind on a Y7 cam is rather popular.

Do you know off hand what they charge for a regrind?

No clue. The best way to get it done would be to buy a used Y7 cam from a junkyard or off H-T. That way your car isn't down for the time they're regrinding. But on monday, give them a call.
