I bought a 96 civic hatch shell. It was a stolen recovery. When I went to put in the y5 I noticed that the previous owner switched the interior to obd2b. The air mix control has a motor on it. I need to know how I can get this to work. Thank you in advance.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. I want to figure out how to get the engine to work properly in the vehicle. As it stands I will have two A connectors. My main question is when I depin the A connector that is in the cabin can I just splice the wires into the corresponding wires the connector from the engine bay or should I remove the pins from the other connector and insert the pin from A connector in the cabin. Looking a the diagrams in the manual I cannot be sure where the signals originate. I am worried that if I splice into the wire the ecu may get the signal from two places and get screwy or that if I depin the another connector to put in the pin from the cabins A connector that I may be removing the signal that the ecu would have been getting anyway.
