Let's try English. Why are you using a chipped P28/P06 on an OBD2 engine? Are you boosted? Why did you change the manifold? Changed the manifold to what? Do you have a P2P or P2E?

I changed the mafold so I was able to do a 2wire iacv and the manifold is bigger. But I need to fiz this problem so I'm able to run the obd1 ecu and get tuned

could be the base map u have.. where did u purchase it? if u run a stock p06 your ignition is retarded 4 degrees at base. as y7's and y8's run 12* base timing and the p06 and p28 are running 16* base timing at idle. its also been known that the y7/y8 don't really like a lot of timing because of the head design.

Get a basemap for the mods you have. You're not supposed to run a generic basemap and then modify the car. The basemap does not take these mods into account and will run like crap.
