95 GSR Swap hatch...Idle...WTF? Need help ASAP...
Here is the story. I have a 95 Hatch Si, with an OBD II GSR swap done to it. A little time after the swap my car started to idel all messed up. It goes from about 800 then raises up to about 1800 continuesly. I bought a new TPS and put it on, and it still does it. i am running a chipped P28 ECU, could that be a problem? I really want to fix this B.S. it is strated to get old fast. Any help would greatly be appreicated.

I am not 100% sure they are all hooked up right, i am not real good with all the vacumn and coolant lines. I sprayed WD40 over it all and I was told it would die or make a flmae where it was leaking and all went well. Can you be more specific on this one?

sounds like you have a bad idle air control valve you may need to take it off and clean it or get another one. but i have seen some cases where the ecu makes it do that if you have a buddy that will let you swap it out just to see id try it

i would have to say CHIPPED ECU is the problem.... i ahve had numersou chipped ECUS cause an erratic idel on my motors. when i switched to factory ecus such as p72, p30 ecus it went away... my JUN ecu did it on my type r motor. and it was a chipped p28... the problem i think is that a lot of chipped programs out there arent the real thing they are coppies or fake programs and tey arent programmed correctly either that or the chip is not really any good. i have seen shipped ecus that are the real thing and they ran fine. switch to a stock gsr ecu and see if that solves the problem. it should
