Default 95 eg d15b7 timing tips

What should the timing be at on my d15b7??? And do you just turn the dizzy or do you have to go through a process to time the car???? Thanx for the help

jump check connector, then hook up timing gun, set to 14 degrees...+/- 3

Is this correct? I thought most D's were 16 deg btdc, I just picked up a 93 lx with a d15b7 and want to be sure.
