brake fluid leaking from the piston, one side wearing pads faster than the other (with new rotor s and pads), about it. if you describe the problem we may be able to help you more..

If you're not sure how old the calipers are on the car you should just go ahead and rebuild all the brake calipers.
Might also want to replace the master cylinder while you're at it.
Each rebuild kit is about $5 each and its not too difficult to do.
Brakes are something you don't want to neglect.

When I first got my car I would loose my brakes rarely and I found that it would happen when I had my e-brake pulled when the car was sitting, due to the rear drum wheel cylinder leaking.
I once lost my brakes going up a bridge when traffic had just stopped at a light and I almost hit the back of a 18 wheeler but pulled my e-brake and skidded to a stop just in time.
After that I did the rear disk conversion and rebuilt all the calipers.

Very scary feeling not having brakes.

the squeaking is either from cheap pad/rotor combo, or lack of anti squeak between mooving parts. not the lack orf or loosing brakes, unless your grinding the rotor down with a pad that no longer has any life to it.
